I've been running the company I work for for a bit over a year now (employed here for 10 years) but haven't done any fundraising as of yet as I have absolutely no experience other than watching a previous directors frustration with much of her hard work bringing in very little funding. We are going to start to have monthly fundraising meetings. anybody have any good suggestions for either fundraising ideas or good ways to run a fundraising committee?
Thanks in advance..
